Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Picovoy mobile application (the "App"), provided by Picovoy ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility & Account

You must be able to form a binding contract to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

2. The Service

Picovoy uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos you submit and generate travel itinerary suggestions and destination recommendations. Itineraries and recommendations are generated automatically and are provided for informational purposes only — we do not guarantee their accuracy, availability, pricing, or suitability, and you should independently verify any travel details (bookings, visas, opening hours, safety conditions, etc.) before relying on them.

3. Subscriptions

The App offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Pro" and "Max") that unlock additional features, billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase.

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's App Store account settings; deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use it solely to provide and improve the App's features for you. You represent that you have the necessary rights to any User Content you submit and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is infringing, obscene, or violates the rights of others; (c) attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the App or its underlying systems; or (d) use the App to generate or distribute harmful, abusive, or deceptive content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED ITINERARIES OR RECOMMENDATIONS WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR TRAVEL PLANS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PICOVOY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, TRAVEL EXPENSES, OR BOOKINGS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction in which Picovoy operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
